Yep, I remember that shirt well. It was the Technology Student Association (TSA). He was the president of the club for two years. He did a great job. During his reign as president the club achieved a number of things that had not been done up to that point. While he was president, the club was a major contributor to the Thanksgiving canned food drives and other charities. Scott always made sure that the club contributed in some way to community each year. He also helped design the shirts for the club.
